I got this for my little Pomeranian girl. She's 4.4lbs and I got her the XS. It's a little loose around the neck (which is perfect for her because I don't like anything pressing against her trachea, as she does have collapsing trachea) even though it sets up high, when she pulls on the leash the pressure goes to her chest and not her neck, which I love. I have all the adjusters set to smallest possible and it fits a tiny bit loose, but that works perfectly for us. I think it would fit nicely with a snug sweater or fleece for winter adventures!
The quality is even better than I expected and the print is just too cute.

I loved the collar and used it for my cat. I got the x small but my cat is on the smaller side and weights slightly less than 10 pounds. Most cats would probably benefit from a size small size and up
