Really cute and prompt customer service

It's really cute. I got xs collar and small harnish (since it's smallest for harnish) deluxe bundle. My puppy is maltipoo less than 5 lb. Both xs collar and small harnish is still really big big to try on. He can easily took it off himself. Considering it's local business and fast customer service, i decided to keep it just in case for my puppy or other friends. Name tag is definitely worth it though. I still recommend it if you have right size for your loves.

Puppichino bundle

Everything is great . But I need a smaller size in the harnest. An xsmall isn’t small enough & the collar also doesn’t fit . I would like an address that it could be returned to for an exchange & I will also be returning the bow tie, bandanna, collar for a refund. The harnest is the only thing that I would love to get an exchange for
