Delays can happen, once the packages are dropped off it will be out of our control.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in original new condition.

We do not accept returns for our custom engraved tags or items clearly marked as final sale.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot do anything after the engraving has been completed so it is crucial to email us as soon as possible!

Majority of our cat customers have used our XS harnesses with no issues :) Please measure your cat before purchasing!

Our collars were designed for dogs so we do not recommend using it for your cat. Cat specific collars are coming soon!
