Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and personalized pet tags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please double-check all personalization details, including names, phone numbers, spelling, and other information before placing your order. We are unable to replace items due to customer-submitted errors.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error made by us, please contact us and we’ll be happy to make it right by sending a replacement at no additional cost.
