Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please make sure to measure correctly and use our size guide to ensure the best fit for your pup! We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of order delivery as long as the following criteria are met:
- Item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, damage-free, and hair-free
- Include a note with your order number
- Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us in Canada and will incur the shipping costs
**Note: Gift cards, personalized items like our custom engraved tags, and sale items are all final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Note - We are based in Canada and returned items are to be shipped back to us at our Canadian address. If you wish to ship it to our U.S address instead, there will be a $6 fee and inspection will take longer than usual.
1. Email us at email@example.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and state the reason for the return.
2. We will e-mail you the address for you to send your return package to.
3. Ship the item(s) out to the provided address.
4. Once we receive the package and have inspected the item(s), your refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and typically 24-48 hours for the refund to reflect on your account.
